Final Four Tournament - Friday February 17, 2017

  • 6:00pm - Brushy Creek v. Vista Ridge
  • 7:00pm - Great Oaks v. Walsh Ranch
  • 8:30pm - Championship Game

Rules

  • Two 20 minutes halves, 3 minute halftime
  • Clock only stops during the last 2 minutes of each half (if games are running behind schedule, the clock will not be stopped in the first half)
  • No free throws. Shooting fouls result in one point and the ball out of bounds for the team fouled. Two points awarded if fouled while shooting a 3 pointer
  • Fouls are tracked and player fouls out at 5 fouls
  • No backcourt violations will be called
  • Full court press is allowed until a team gains a lead of 10 or more points
  • A player demonstrating poor sportsmanship will be given a warning.
  • A repeat instance will result in disqualification from the game.
  • Players must show the referee the number on their back when called with a foul
  • Substitutions- Players substituting in can stay with their bench but should stand up and motion to the scorers table before going in. The scorers table will sound the horn at the next dead ball to alert the referees of the substitution.
  • One time out per team per half
  • Overtime begins with a jump ball at half court and the first point wins
  • No High School Varsity basketball players will be allowed to participate as a player in this league
  • High School basketball rules apply for everything else
